O2C AGENCY LLC operates as a “Payment Collection Agent” and is not a “Funds Transfer Service Provider” as defined under the Payment Services Act of Japan.

We strictly adhere to Japanese laws and regulations as follows:

• Compliance with Cross-Border Settlement Regulations:
We fully comply with all regulations regarding cross-border payment collection and settlement.
• No International Fund Transfers:
We do not engage in any activities that constitute moving funds from Japan to overseas or from overseas into Japan.
• Domestic Transfers Only:
All funds collected within Japan will only be remitted to bank accounts held at financial institutions within Japan.
